Q: How much time does this take each week?
A: Plan for 60–90 minutes for the weekly live teaching session and reflection exercises. Guided Growth and VIP participants add one hour for live Zoom coaching.
Q: Do I need prior coaching or spiritual direction experience?
A: No. You need only an open heart and a genuine desire to hear God more clearly.
Q: Is there replay access?
A: Yes — Guided Growth and VIP participants have full replay access to all sessions.
Q: Is this therapy?
A: Follow Your Call is spiritual coaching, not clinical therapy or pastoral counseling. If you are navigating an acute crisis, please seek appropriate pastoral or clinical care.
Q: Do I have to be Catholic?
A: Not at all. This program is rooted in the Catholic tradition of spiritual discernment and warmly open to every Christian woman.
